Volunteer Committees

Volunteers are encouraged to work at least three shifts in one of the following committees during Tournament Week. Committee and shift selections can be made on the Volunteer registration form. Volunteer shifts vary by committee, but typically last four to six hours per shift. Admissions/Will Call

Admissions Volunteers are responsible for staffing the ticket booth and assisting security to ensure that all spectators have the proper tickets for entry. Will Call Volunteers are responsible for staffing a location for ticket buyers to pick up previously purchased tickets.


Ambassadors are stationed at the main spectator Admissions. Ambassadors help direct spectators to on-course locations and assist with any questions. Training is provided prior to the event.

Caddie Tent

Caddie Tent Volunteers are responsible for assisting the professional caddies throughout the Tournament.  Volunteers are also responsible for distributing and collecting caddie bibs, towels and lunch vouchers. Other duties include managing the Caddie Tent and caddie registration.


Carts Committee Volunteers manage the Cart Area and control the charging, distribution, and collection of carts to authorized personnel.  Volunteers are also responsible for driving carts on course to help shuttle players and Volunteers.

Driving Range

Volunteers assist in providing and maintaining a suitable driving range for all players. Specific duties include maintaining supplies such as range balls, beverages and player identification signs. 

Food Festival

Volunteers assist with the BITE NW Arkansas food festival at 8th Street Market in Bentonville. There are three sub-committees including: Admissions, BITE Ambassadors and Supply Distribution. Admissions Volunteers assist with the check-in process of attendees. BITE Ambassadors help direct attendees within the venue and answer any questions. Supply Distribution Volunteers help to replenish supplies to restaurant partners. Training is provided prior to the event.


Hospitality Volunteers assist in the suites on the 17th and 18th Green.  Volunteer duties include checking that guests have the proper credentials for entry and crowd management.


Hydration Volunteers manage Hydration Stations at various locations onsite during Tournament Week. Volunteers sell water and Gatorade to spectators and monitor supply levels.

Kids Center

Volunteers are stationed in the Walmart Kids Center presented by DOVE. Duties include assisting with games and crafts as well as distributing healthy snacks to children in the center.


Marshals ensure fair play among all participants as well as safety for spectators, and are stationed at locations throughout the course. Focus is on the tees, landing areas, greens and spectator crosswalks. There is a mandatory pre-tournament training session for this position.
