Pinnacle Country Club's head pro Paul Eiserman sat down with Tournament officials for a quick interview on his Tournament and course perspectives.

1. What about this year’s tournament excites you the most?
Seeing how the best Women Golfers in the world will do on our fabulous newly designed golf course, and seeing the joy in the faces of the spectators.

2. What is the most rewarding aspect of being involved in the P&G Beauty NW Arkansas Championship?
As a PGA Golf Professional, showing my staff a Tour Event and developing my favorite part of the Golf Business, which is relationships with people.

3. What is the toughest part about preparing for the LPGA Tour to compete on Pinnacle?
Making myself vulnerable to please players, staff, spectators and most importantly, our Membership.

4. What are the major renovations that fans will notice compared to last year?
#18 will get a lot of attention with the new pond and fairway bunkers.  I think the spectators will notice more than anything the crispness of the look of the fairways and bunkers. The color combinations of our new turf will be pleasing to the eye, not only to live spectators, but also to those watching on national television.

5. What are the renovations that the players will notice compared to last year?
The approach areas more than anything.  The ladies will see a lot of roll off approach areas that will test their short game.

6. What attributes/skills are best suited for the Pinnacle layout?
Hitting Fairways and who can read subtle breaks in these greens.

7. What is the toughest hole on the course, in your opinion?
I think #4 will be the most difficult hole.  Hitting this new green complex will challenge the best of the tour players.

8. What do you predict the winning score to be this year?
For 3 days, I will predict 11 under par.  It will be more difficult to put a real low number on the board.

9. What ways does Pinnacle contribute to environmental conservation efforts?
Reclaimed water source.  A state of the art pump house that requires less electricity.  New turf that requires less water.

10. How has hosting an LPGA Tour event helped the club?
Being on CBS last year, and being on the Golf Channel this year, gives Pinnacle a national footprint. As long as our residents and Members are happy, it is a win-win relationship.
